BACKGROUND
Thouria’s extensive experience in hospitality and service provision has nurtured her dream of owning a restaurant in the medina, where she can take her guests on a culinary journey through the diverse flavors of Tunisian cuisine, inspired by the different regions. With a rich background, having grown up in Tunis and roots in the vibrant south of Tunisia, Thouria’s colorful personality shines through in the dishes.
