The INTERFERENCE SUMMER PROJECT aims to raise awareness for the ongoing water crisis und its ecological, technological, and sociocultural challenges with the means of contemporary art. It consists of a series of discussions and an exhibition program, both taking place in the Medina of Tunis.

The INTERFERENCE SUMMER PROJECT is dedicated to the present water crisis in Tunisia and beyond. It will encompass a collective research on the water crisis, on the ecology of water, and of the cultural heraitage of water. It featutres lectures, debates, and experimentation on the means of contemporary art and curatorial practice to respond to present and future challenges. It is dedidcated to the development of ideas and guidelines for the next INTERFERENCE edition in September 2024.
